Overview of the Role
The incumbent of this role is responsible to provide technical support of the IT infrastructure and software of the business unit and required to work across functional team and vendor. This role would required a minimum experience and skills as listed below.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in end-user computing, technical support, or application analyst experience.
Experience in IT related troubleshooting, service desk and/or end-user support.
Proficient in Users & Computers, Security Group Active Directory administration.
Job Responsibility
Provide technical support for the critical systems and resolving of issues with vendors and/or cross-functional teams.
Ensure reliability of the Business Unit's polling system and data accuracy of voting results during shareholder's meeting.
Perform the extraction, loading and validation of data and reports from a system provided by the vendor.
Execute and ensure accuracy and timeliness for all processing jobs that require IT assistance.
Support, monitor, upgrade and maintain the computer systems and IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.
Diploma/ Advance Diploma
