Logging support tickets/calls with the Global IT team
Troubleshooting (based on guidance from Global IT Team)
Onboarding devices
Personal Computer User Support:
On-site PC, LAN (Windows, Apple) support, e-mail solutions, LAN standard software application support & LAN standard software training.
Installation of existing hardware/relocation of hardware with image file provided & software with image file provided.
Access to after-hours on-call support, 7 days a week (Not frequent, claimable if after office hours)
LAN Administration:
LAN documentation
System Inventory Tracking (HW/SW)
Monitoring of Software licenses
Warranty Management
Asset Disposal
Systems Hardware & Software Procurement:
Configuration recommendations
Getting a quote from vendors
Delivery/Installation follow-up
Coordinate and liaise with Head Office in the Philippines on duties to be carried out & also with Contractors, ISP, Vendors for problem resolution There will be familiarizing training provided on the following:
All configurations and backend troubleshooting mentioned above will be done by the Global IT team, via remote access.
You will be there to assist in giving access and checking after the configuration/remediation is done.
