Job Description
:
- Responsible for troubleshooting Desktop & IT related issues and providing post sales Maintenance support services to clients.
- Provide technical support in computer hardware, software, services, and IT applications.
- Assist customer with any logged IT related incident.
- Installing and configuring updated hardware and software into computers system.
- Resolve IT related issue and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
- Perform other support duties as needed.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking system
- Experience of working in an IT support role preferred
- Strong practical troubleshooting skill
