• 5 Days * Great remuneration and benefits * Permanent job opportunity * Windows, Network, Printer, Scanner, Level 1 Support Responsibilities: * Installing and configuring computer hard 5 Days Great remuneration and benefits Permanent job opportunity Windows, Network, Printer, Scanner, Level 1 Support Responsibilities: Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Providing technical support to our clients (this may be in person or over the phone) Setting up accounts for new users Perform software upgrades/patches on systems Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Consult end users to address problems on ticket escalations from the Help Desk Testing new solutions Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Pro-active and self-driven, able to work independently with minimal direction A technical, logical thought process Problem-solving skills An ability to stick to strict deadlines An ability to prioritise and delegate Demonstrate good team work and maintain a can do attitude to assist team.
