IT Support Engineer We are looking to hire a skilled IT support engineer to assist with all IT related technical support issues. As an IT support engineer, you will to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, and provide effective assistance to our outlet. You may also be required to install new software applications and train our operation staff on proper application use.To ensure success as an IT support engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of business software and hardware systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and high-level interpersonal skills. Ultimately, a top-class IT support engineer resolves all IT issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a good relationship with the client.IT Support Engineer Responsibilities: Installing and configuring computer/ POS systems. Responding to all outlets IT support requests. Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems. Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems. Compiling job reports. Handling PC support, Laptop, Outlook, Windows, etc Software and hardware troubleshooting Support on desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners hardware components Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service Rectify simple IT fault like malfunction POS systems, CCTV issues, Electronic payment issues, etc, Install and uninstall of software from desktop PCs and laptops Any other ad-hoc tasks as assignedIT Support Engineer Requirements: Diploma in information technology or computer science. Proven work experience as a technical support engineer. Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems. Strong problem-solving skills Good interpersonal skills.
