Responsibilities



Provide on-site and remote technical support (Level 1) to end-users, including installations, configurations, and troubleshooting hardware & software, OS (Linux/Windows/ Mac) and network issues. Respond to IT support tickets and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and policies. Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies. Support remote users through various communication channels, including phone, email, and remote desktop tools. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics, Conduct Preventive Maintenance as specified and on schedule. Dispatching IT equipment to remote users and other facilities. Occasionally required to work after regular hours and or specific Stand-by duty, in line with the global business needs. Perform

overtime when required

for Meetings, Projects roll-out, etc. due to the line of business. Assist the support team, if needed, to perform

24x7 Stand-by

(No Shift work is required). Any other Technical related tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager.

What You'll Need



Ability to work

efficiently

in

fast-paced, high-volume

, multi-tasking environments while remaining calm and poised under pressure. Experience installing, configuring, Printers/Scanners and providing application support. Experience providing Level 1 support for Network and System Administration Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Experience in server system administration platforms (server technologies, hardware) and networking technologies (routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, WiFi). Understanding and basic knowledge of common end-user hardware (laptops, keyboards, printers, VoIP devices, mobile devices, USB devices, etc.) Working knowledge and experience of common, corporate productivity applications (e.g. MS Office) Good communication skills (verbal and written) valuing customer oriented and cool temperament. Experience with virtual desktop environments is a plus. Strong problem solving and analytical Skills. Priority will be given to local or P/R and able to smart immediately.
Salary (commensurate based on experience): up to $3000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
