Job Description
Roles and responsibilities
- System Administration support including computer System patches update and maintenance and system backup.
- Manage Server setup & configuration which includes Active Directory Domain Controllers, DNS and DHCP.
- LAN/WAN infrastructure and end-user support services including service desk and technical support for in-house users and POS users
- FortiGate Firewall configuration and Support
- System & Service Documentation update.
- Manage IT related Projects (ie. E-commerce, online marketing, etc).
- Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Manager in meeting potential clients on Laundry Leasing business such as those using RFID technology.
- Negotiate with Vendors for Maintenance contract for LAN infrastructure, Server, Network Devices and Hosting services.
- Support Orchid ERP system which includes Administration, Integration, Dashboard, configuration, setup and LAN and WAN infrastructure setup.
- Web admin support for all websites.
- Diploma / Degree in Programming
- IT Knowledge in LAN, Server, Network Devices and Hosting Services.
- At least 5 years of IT experience in handling IT projects.
