The RoleBe part of a fast-growing, award-winning asset-servicing company! To support rapid business growth, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our Singapore Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a secured operating environment for the company. You need to monitor and support the local servers, Azure cloud servers, networks and firewalls, mobile computing, and other office equipment.Reporting line: Director of TechnologyResponsibilities . Provide system support and interact with end-users as the first escalation point for IT issues in the local site. . Hands-on support role across PC/Laptop/Phone/Printer hardware, Desktop & Business Applications, VC & multimedia equipment, and Server & Network troubleshooting. . Escalate unresolved/complex issues as appropriate. . Routine hardware and software maintenance for the end-user space. . Support desktop and infrastructure-related projects . Handle ad-hoc tasks or projects as required. . Maintain IT hardware and software inventory; . Handle IT procurement, asset management and vendor management; . Working closely with other team members in Hong Kong and China.Qualifications . Degree or above with major in Networking, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines . Minimum 5 years relevant experience and familiar with Azure VM platform and providing MS O365 support . Some experience in Active Directory / Windows server / VMWare administration and support . Preferred certificates in SQL Database Administration . Certificates in Network related areas is advantageous . Certificates in DevOps, Linux, Cloud infrastructure or middleware technologies is advantageous . Scripting languages (e.g. CLI, PowerShell)Other Skills . Strong organizational skills; .
