Responsibilities * Provide desktop support for workstations, monitors, IP phones, printers, Windows 10, Office 365 and other business-related software. * Managing user accounts and carry out sof Responsibilities Provide desktop support for workstations, monitors, IP phones, printers, Windows 10, Office 365 and other business-related software. Managing user accounts and carry out software assignments and password resets. Handling the purchase of new software, hardware, and services. Coordinate with vendors on delivery and implementation. Provide support for conference rooms' equipment including video conference device, IP phones, TVs, etc. Managing services from the ISP, including broadband, IP Trunk, TV service, and a dedicated line to HQ, China Work on other IT-related issues and daily monitoring of systems' performance. Provide support and maintenance of UPS, servers, NAS, firewalls, wireless access points, routers, and switches. Requirements Diploma in IT or related major with 1-2 years' experience (fresh graduate may be considered also) Good understanding of Networking and protocols, Server and PC hardware. Skills to carry out Windows 10 and Office 365 maintenance, provide basic help or troubleshooting for professional software (e.g., Bloomberg, Thomson Reuter's eikon) Good communication skills and maintaining proper documentation. Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
