Job Description

Working Location: UBI (Nearest MRT: Macpherson / UBI) Working Hour: 5-day work week [8am - 5.30pm] Job Responsibiities:

• To assist and provide support to IT Manager for installation applications (hardware / software), troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, and network configurations.
• Work cross-functionally and provide support to Sales & Project Department, ie. Factory Acceptance Test (SAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), technical/software demonstration
• Providing customers with step-by-step guidance, software training, and technical support & solutions for products (online & on-site)
• Responsible for Integrating & implementing networking solutions into panels on-site (3G/4G, OPC, Daisy Chain, LAN)
• Program, configure, maintain, and deploy related components (HMI, Switches, MSSQL/Postgres Database, RTU, Firewall, DDNS, VPN, Zigbee
• Carry out HMI development, SCADA programming and Integration with PLC/DDC and other controllers, Routers & Gateways
• Configuration of PLC network system
• Review OEM technical document, analyse the specifications
• Ensure smooth transition of processes and compliance in accordance with SOP
• Responsible to Evaluate technology & cybersecurity risks to develop network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures
• All IT support related duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in IT / Control and Automation / Mechatronics / Computer Science Engineering or relevant field
• Experience in automation system, production line assembling and testing
• Experience in C++, Phyton, mySQL, Ladder programming language and various PLC protocol (Modbus, Ethernet and Profinet) would be added advantage
• On-Job-training will be provided

• Good organization skill and positive working attitude
• Self-driven, good time and stress management and independently
• Able to start work within short notice period
