Job Description


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues not limited to computer problems, server problems, and related peripherals/devices (Eg. printer, scanner, phone, video conferencing)
  • Provide PC installation, configuration, and migration
  • Monitor and manage IT helpdesk requests and fulfilment of users\xe2\x80\x99 requests
  • On-boarding and Off-boarding users
  • Manage employee\xe2\x80\x99s clocking system, door access system, cctv system, security alarm system.
  • Work on tasks and projects assigned by both local and corporate
Educational/Certification Requirement :
  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
Experience Requirement:
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, Server 2012
  • Experience in desktop/laptop hardware
  • Experience in door access/cctv/security alarm management
  • Barcode printer setup and label design is a plus
  • Knowledge in Active Directory, LANs, Data Backup, Print Server
  • Customer orientated with positive working and pleasant attitude
  • Ability to work in cleanroom environment
  • Good documentation skill
  • Require to carry heavy IT equipment
