Job Description
- Experience in PC support, network equipment and network cabling support.
- Provide IT application, infrastructure, user support eg: PABX and POS system.
- Setup new users in Microsoft Windows, Active Directry and new mail accounts.
- Efficiently handling technical support accidents, request and changes.
- Manage vendors for support services. Plan and test hardware and software upgrades and solve security fixes. Manage inventory of corporate IT assets such as licenses and contracts, peripherals and components. Update website and digital display.
- Able to work rotating shifts with OT claim and nite shift allowance.
