It Support EngineerBasic salary: Up to SGD3000Working hours Mon to Thurs 9am to 6:30pmFri 9am to 6pmWorking location: Ubi Avenue SingaporeCompany Background : IT Sevice ProviderIT Support Engineer Job description- Provide IT support to customer- Maintain, Manage and Monitor the cloud infrastructure- Maintain, Manage and Monitor backup and recovery solution- Implement router, switches, wireless, and firewall- Implement security best practices on the cloud infrastructure- Troubleshoots infrastructure problems on cloud and incidents and takes appropriate corrective action where possible- Excellent organizational skills- A logical approach to problem-solving- Take ownership of all the calls assigned by the reporting supervisor until the case is closed- Capability to work independently and as part of a team- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor/manager- Be willing to support 24/7Requirement- A minimum of diploma holder in Computer Science/Engineering or related field- At Least 1 to 2 years experience- We welcome fresh gradJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- Day shift
