Our Client is a well-known Korean company, operating duty-free shops overseas, including in Singapore. The IT Support Executive will be supporting corporate and store users with all IT tasks.
【 What you will be doing 】
To provide level 1 and 2 troubleshooting and support to corporate and store users.
To install, administer, and configure systems (desktop, laptop, mobile devices, etc.).
To liaise, manage and work with external vendors for maintenance and services.
To assist in training and on-boarding/off-boarding of staff.
To ensure the firmware (e.g. laptop, desktop, etc.) is up to date.
To maintain and manage IT assets.
To develop, establish, and maintain SOP and documentation for any IT-related tasks.
To compile and prepare related departmental reports for the HQ IT team in the Korean language
Be the point of contact between the Singapore IT team and the HQ IT team to ensure projects and assignments are communicated and executed effectively
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
【 What they are looking for 】
Strong in Business level Korean & English language skills to effectively translate, communicate, draft, prepare, and present IT-related reports to the HQ IT Team in South Korea.
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a retail environment.
Possess good knowledge of D365 – Finance, and Operation.
Possess basic networking knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, and switches.
High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility, problem-solving skills, and great interpersonal skills
Working Hour
9:00 ~ 18:00
