Job Description

Provide day-to-day technical assistance to both office and store teams, covering hardware setup and troubleshooting. Manage and upkeep servers, networking equipment, firewall systems, and VPN access. Install, configure, and maintain POS and kiosk platforms to support retail operations. Handle IT-related tasks for new store launches and technology rollouts. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors on group-level system initiatives and IT standards.
Requirements:


Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related qualification. Minimum 2 years of practical IT support experience, within

retail or F&B sectors.

Good working knowledge of Windows environments, networks, and firewall management. Prior exposure to

POS and kiosk system operations.
