Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and devices
Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported problems in a timely manner
Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment deployment
Ensure compliance with IT security and data handling policies
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Benefits:
