Description
1. Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in PC and printer related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.
2. Maintenance and troubleshoot network and internet connectivity to ensure proper functioning of wired and wireless internet access within the office and desired location.
3. Troubleshooting and Administration of the Network/Systems/Infrastructure.
4. To maintain the domain registrations and hosting services.
5. Ensure that all software licenses for server and client PCs are compliance with legal software requirements.
6. Administers and maintains a Window-based server network to ensure that servers are kept updated in terms of security and maintenance patches.
7. Standby on call outside office hours to support for server issues.
8. Provide IT support during company events
9. Anti-Virus Administration – close monitoring and manage emergency outbreak response processes.
10. Administering and maintenance of various e-mail account included to create/ delete the e-mail account and CPanel administrative interface
11. Monitor and liaise with PABX vendor for maintenance and programming of PABX system.
12. Any other duty and responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
Qualifications
a) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
b) At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
c) Knowledge in installing, configuration, administering in Windows environment and basic networking setup is a must.
d) Candidate must possess own transport and wiling to travel when required.
