IT Executive Job Scope

Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Respond promptly to service issues and requests
Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone in case of WFH)
Set up accounts for new users
Repair and replace equipment as necessary
Negotiate contracts with manufacturers or vendors for all software, hardware, and consulting services
Test new technology
Provide in-house training to staff on the use of new and/or existing software
Write software apps
