Job Description


IT Executive Job Scope

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Respond promptly to service issues and requests
  • Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone in case of WFH)
  • Set up accounts for new users
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary
  • Negotiate contracts with manufacturers or vendors for all software, hardware, and consulting services
  • Test new technology
  • Provide in-house training to staff on the use of new and/or existing software
  • Write software apps
