Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day basic IT support and services to our members for various IT requests, such as those related to internet connection, printer, phone, AV etc.
  • Provide reliable and customer orientated IT client services (user help desk, desktop/laptop, MS office, mobile phones, e-mail, printer - including software and hardware) in close alignment with the company.
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment.
  • Operate and troubleshoot for audio and video equipment and act as the main AV support for any events and meetings.
  • Managing of IT Assets, software licenses and on-boarding/off-boarding IT process.
  • Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment.
  • Ensure on call support for critical IT services work with relevant resolver group.
  • Maintain and update periodically for inventory of necessary IT hardware and equipment including computers, monitors, printers, modems etc.
  • Manage IT opportunities, risks and challenges pertaining to IT user help desk operations.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Computer Science/ IT Technology Information or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-year relevant experience in IT Support / technical support.
  • Good technical skills in windows based client environments with the respected support tools (remote desktop).
  • Experience on MS365 Online Application support - include Office, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and Modern authentication.
  • Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • To base at project site office, East.
