Job Description


Description

  • To deploy, support and maintain IT/network setup at the client's location
  • Provide support and troubleshooting - IOS, Andriod phone troubleshooting, password resets, a firmware upgrade of switches or access points, break/fix instructions, support routing, and escalation to L2 Support
  • Be available for Onsite/Oncall support during after-hours as and when necessary (Time off will be compensated accordingly)
  • Provide monthly reports on system maintenance and incidents.
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues & requests
  • Liaise with product manufacturers for problem escalation, resolution and RMA
  • Flexible working hours and locations
Requirement
  • Relevant experience in the IT / Network industry preferred
  • Able to communicate well with people & have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Physically fit to handle demands of onsite support, island-wide.
  • GCE ‘O Level’/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • A keen learner with a good attitude
  • Independent worker who will deliver with minimal supervision.
