To deploy, support and maintain IT/network setup at the client's location
Provide support and troubleshooting - IOS, Andriod phone troubleshooting, password resets, a firmware upgrade of switches or access points, break/fix instructions, support routing, and escalation to L2 Support
Be available for Onsite/Oncall support during after-hours as and when necessary (Time off will be compensated accordingly)
Provide monthly reports on system maintenance and incidents.
Establish and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders
Respond in a timely manner to service issues & requests
Liaise with product manufacturers for problem escalation, resolution and RMA

Requirement
Relevant experience in the IT / Network industry preferred
Able to communicate well with people & have a strong sense of responsibility
Physically fit to handle demands of onsite support, island-wide.
GCE ‘O Level’/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines.
A keen learner with a good attitude
Independent worker who will deliver with minimal supervision.
