Responsible for providing IT helpdesk support to end users on IT hardware and software problems, and support on IT Infrastructure resolve them in a timely manner.
Provide IT/End-user support (setup and deploy computers, IT equipment, software patches, troubleshooting, etc.)
IT assets management (computers, IT devices, IT equipment, software, warranties, etc.)
IT administration (reports, documentations, records, instruction manuals, conduct user trainings, etc.)
Setup accounts/workstations and support various software
Support IT infrastructure (Office network, etc.)
In addition to these job duties/responsibilities employee is required to carry out departmental or company assigned duties.
Job Requirement
Higher Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience in IT support or any relevant experience.
