Job Description


  • Responsible for providing IT helpdesk support to end users on IT hardware and software problems, and support on IT Infrastructure resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Provide IT/End-user support (setup and deploy computers, IT equipment, software patches, troubleshooting, etc.)
  • IT assets management (computers, IT devices, IT equipment, software, warranties, etc.)
  • IT administration (reports, documentations, records, instruction manuals, conduct user trainings, etc.)
  • Setup accounts/workstations and support various software
  • Support IT infrastructure (Office network, etc.)
  • In addition to these job duties/responsibilities employee is required to carry out departmental or company assigned duties.
Job Requirement
  • Higher Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience in IT support or any relevant experience.
