Job responsibilities. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, including outlet CCTV. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the company. Setting up accounts for new users. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. Testing new technology. End user trainingJob requirements. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science with 2 years relevant experience. Have a technical, logical thought process. Problem-solving skills. Good Communication skills. A keen eye for detail. The position may occasionally require carrying of IT equipment
