Job Description

Responsibilities: * Provide IT support and administration to end-user in the responsible entity or office * Manage and coordinate with IT contractors to ensure service level and key deliverables are met with agreed targets and expectations * Responsibilities: Provide IT support and administration to end-user in the responsible entity or office Manage and coordinate with IT contractors to ensure service level and key deliverables are met with agreed targets and expectations Diagnose and solve hardware/software/network issues and escalate to ENGIE Group IT support, third party support or vendors when necessary Install and setup computer systems and applications Maintain an inventory of IT systems, hardware, and software Provide IT reports on issues, requirements, IT services and performances, and completing any other regular IT checks as required Provide assistant to users in supporting video conferencing, telephones, network, Wi-Fi, printers and other office systems as necessary Conduct training to users on Office 365 (Yammer, SharePoint, Skype for Business, ), Operating system and future group applications and services Promotes adoption and use of IT, Digital and Knowledge Management in the office through the development and support of communities of practice, including consulting and training/capacity building Serves as key contact for IT, Digital and Knowledge Management by responding to queries and by assisting users in troubleshooting and accessing IT/KM/Digital tools and resources Assist in IT, Digital and Knowledge Management projects/tasks implementation and deployment as assigned to ensure the projects/tasks are delivered as expected Support any ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager. Requirements: Degree in computer science or equivalent. At least 4 years of experiences in providing IT support to multinational company. Good knowledge of Office 365, Windows OS, Networking protocols, Active Directory, AWS Cloud, and IT tools/applications. Familiarity with electronic equipment, Internet applications and information security. Strong knowledge of computers and how they operate, which includes having a broad understanding of hardware and software, operating systems and basic computer programming. Professional IT Certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA or MCSE, ITIL, or ITSM would be an added advantage. Good knowledge of digital technology such as Internet of Things, Cloud, Mobility, and Office 365 productivity suites such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Self-disciplined and diligent in driving deliverables within defined timelines. Strong communication/presentation/writing skills with proficiency in English Logical and methodological, with good planning & organizational skills. Able to work independently as well as a good team player. Good interpersonal skills.
