\xef\xbb\xbfWorking Hours: Mon to Fri (830am to 530pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation & configuration of computer hardware and applications for new users
- Test and troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, access points, kiosks, VOIP and connectivity infrastructure
- Provide technical support on-site or via remote-access to service issues and IT support requests
- Maintain and update IT assets list
- Document application or system problems and resolutions for future reference.
- Assist personnel of other departments or companies in the group as a computer resource
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / IT related discipline with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in supporting computer networks, PCs and OS
- Experience with Windows 10, 11 and Windows Servers 2012, 2016
- Knowledge of infrastructure services and functions (eg. AD, GPO, IIS, DNS, DHCP, File and Print, TCP/IP, LAN and VLAN)
- Hands on knowledge with Fortigate / Fortinet firewall products
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong accountability and sense of responsibility
- Ability to efficiently multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others
- Willing to work outside office hours when necessary
- Knowledge of VMWare, MS AX, MS SQL, MS Excel VBA, MS Access is an added advantage
