:Industry: WholesalerLocation: NorthWorking Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pmGood Remuneration PackageJob Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Installation & configuration of computer hardware and applications for new users\xc2\xb7 Test and troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, access points, kiosks, VOIP and connectivity infrastructure\xc2\xb7 Provide technical support on-site or via remote-access to service issues and IT support requests\xc2\xb7 Maintain and update IT assets list\xc2\xb7 Document application or system problems and resolutions for future reference.\xc2\xb7 Assist personnel of other departments or companies in the group as a computer resource.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / IT related discipline with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in supporting computer networks, PCs and OS\xc2\xb7 Experience with Windows 10, 11 and Windows Servers 2012, 2016\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of infrastructure services and functions (eg.
