Manage and setup IT infrastructure system and application (e.g. Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory Services, Video conferencing, telephony, server storage, backup etc), network devices (Routers, wireless access points, VPN, internet proxy, etc), laptop/desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices
Provide level 1 & 2 technical support (onsite and remote) to end-users on hardware and software-related issues
Manage IT support tickets, plan and prioritize systematically to minimize backlogs as well as escalate the incidents when necessary
Update and maintain documentation such as administration & user guides
Maintain IT asset and inventory
Track and report assigned tasks completion and meeting SLA targets
Participate in IT projects and handle any IT ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, server & network setup and troubleshooting hardware/software installation
Basic understanding of networking technologies (routers, switches, TCP/IP)
Experience with different platform technologies (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
Able to communicate effectively with team member, customers & vendors,
Able to take challenges, work independently or as a team, and be self-driven to learn new technologies
Demonstrates flexibility in responding to unexpected demands
Mandarin speaking preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
Minimum 1-year hands on experience in similar position is an advantage
