Job Description
Job Title: IT Support (Full time/Freelance)
Full Time: $1,800 - $2,300 – Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
Freelance: $1,400 - $2,000 - 20 hours/week (2 Days fixed + 2 days standby)
Working Location: Orchard
:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Responsible for support for business IT applications.
- Responsible for desktop support such as assessing user needs, defining technical problems, and collaborating with vendors to determine solutions as well as implement the solutions.
- Initialize case escalations as part of the resolution process and Interface with desktop support
- Able to provide IT satisfaction, and eliminate downtime by applying discretion to effect timely solution of problems
- Complies to Company Code of business Conduct.
Requirement: 1. Education: Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology (or any related courses 2. Experience: At least 1-year working experience in supporting network servers, laptops, and software in a network environment using the Windows platform preferred. 3. Software/Hardware knowledge
