Job Description

1. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide direct IT end-user support to users across the organization and maintains network system resources.2. Acts as the end user's primary point of contact within the IT Department. Respond to IT service requests, setup hardware and software requirement, and provides other IT resources as required.3. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and CCTV system.4. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests5. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks6. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.7. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)8. Assist setting up data storage and retrieval protocols, adjusting permissions, and maintaining data security and integrity during migrations, backups, and day-to-day use.9. Setting up accounts for new users10. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary11. Testing new technology12. Do inventory of all computer hardware and installation tools.13. Do other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.14. Willing to be assign in San Pedro, LagunaQualifications: 1. Minimum of 1-3 years of IT Support Experience.
2. Excellent Troubleshooting and technical skills.
3. Great knowledge in network and CCTV.
4. Able to manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritize.
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a TEAM PLAYER.
6. Willingness to to do shifting schedule, render overtime and work in holidays.
7. Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
8. Keen attention to detail.
9. MUST have driver's license and owned motorcycle
10. Computer Engineering or any IT related courseJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthSchedule:
