Provide technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution
Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user
Design, develop, test scenarios and test cases and deploy the application
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection
Responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date
In charge of server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software
Experience with setup & maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
Motivated in problem solving
Able to work as a team and independently

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
