Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable IT Support & Infrastructure Executive to manage and maintain our IT systems and infrastructure across offices and construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Windows and macOS environments, networking, and basic server administration with a strong service-oriented mindset and commitment to supporting daily operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
oProvide IT support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
oAdminister Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy settings.
oEnsure proper configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of network connectivity across offices and job sites.
oAssist in managing cloud resources, servers, and IT assets to ensure system reliability and security.
oCoordinate with vendors and service providers for system maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
oMaintain IT documentation, user accounts, backups, and security protocols.
oSupport the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure for new and ongoing construction projects.
oEnsure timely response and resolution of IT incidents to minimize downtime.
oWork closely with internal teams to ensure IT systems support business operations effectively.
oPerform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
oDiploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
