IT Support Intern (Full-time / Part-time)

• Provide day-to-day technical support for internal staff
• Ensure the smooth and effective running of company IT infrastructure
• Perform installation, maintenance, and management of all computer hardware, software, workstation and printers.
• Maintain documentation on IT assets and Google Products
• Asset maintenance and inventory management
• Housekeeping of asset conditions and asset user assignments
• Generate report on tasks performed
• Contact and correspond with counterparts across region
• Handle troubleshooting of IT problems faced by internal staff and assist in daily operations
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• To invoke problem escalation process to next level of support

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Has initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels
