\xc2\xb7 Assist in the setup and configuration of computer systems and software applications
\xc2\xb7 Assist with system upgrades, installations, and software updates
\xc2\xb7 Maintain and update IT inventory records, including equipment and software licenses
\xc2\xb7 Respond to user inquiries and resolve IT-related problems promptly and effectively
\xc2\xb7 Assist in the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights
