We are looking for an IT Support Intern (Part-time/Full-time) to assist our team with everyday troubleshooting and configuration tasks. This role involves providing on-site technical support for staff, coordinating device repairs (e.g., Apple Store visits), and addressing routine issues at our retail locations.Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve basic IT issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Assist with routine tasks such as device reboots, marketing screen troubleshooting, and system configurations.
• Support staff with account setups, password resets, and other common IT needs.
• Bring devices to repair centers and ensure their timely return.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and provide documentation.

• Ability to commit 3-6 months.
• Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and basic networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
