Location: Tampines Permanent role Job Responsibilities: Provide 24/7 Level 1 IT support for the proper operation of the 200MM and 300MM Production lines Perform EM and lot data recovery in the event of a tool and/or system failure Perform required escalation to respective engineer and/or manager in the event of a tool and/or system failure based on pre-defined escalation matrix Save relevant loggings and screenshots to facilitate subsequent investigation Support FAB related IT hardware in terms of troubleshooting, setup, configuration and/or replacement Job Requirements: Possess ITE or equivalent certification in Information Technology Candidates who demonstrate strong interest and exposure to IT technology (software or hardware) will also be considered Possess good communication and writing skills Able to work both as part of a team and independently Experience in high tech manufacturing environment is a plus Working knowledge in Oracle PLSQL and Windows/ Linux OS is a plus Candidates with at least 2 years' practical experience in Semiconductor FABs will have an advantage Shift work is required Interested candidates, please send your resume to with the subject of 'Executive Assistant'.
