We are looking for a reliable and hands-on

professional to provide onsite technical support for

DX Imaging

. The role will support daily IT operations across both organizations, ensuring systems, networks, and end-user devices remain stable, secure, and operational throughout the engagement period.

The IT Support role will help ensure reliable system performance, device functionality, and prompt resolution of technical issues to minimize service disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues, including network, server, and application-related concerns Perform routine system and network maintenance to ensure stable and efficient operations Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, etc.) Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and software license records Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deactivation Support IT security measures, compliance requirements, and system upgrades Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures Manage IT incidents efficiently to minimize downtime and operational impact

Requirements

Strong background in IT support, network troubleshooting, and hardware/software management Able to start immediately and commit for the full duration Reliable, responsive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
