We are looking for an IT Support & Office Coordinator
(Outsourced Position) to support our client's daily ICT operations. The role involves maintaining end-user computing environments, handling basic IT support tasks, and assisting visitors or clients during office tours. This is an outsourced position based at the client's office.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of end-user PCs, common office applications, and devices such as printers and scanners.
Provide prompt support for hardware and software issues, including Windows PCs, mobile devices, Microsoft Office, PDF, and common business tools.
Assist with welcoming and guiding customers or guests during office visits or site tours.

Requirements:
Familiar with common office equipment (e.g., multifunction printers, scanners) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable interacting with clients or guests in a polite and professional manner.
Ability to multitask and make decisions quickly while remaining calm under pressure.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking is a plus.
Strong customer service mindset with a user-oriented and proactive attitude.
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
Consistently delivers high-quality work with attention to detail.
Professional and presentable demeanor, with good communication skills.
