Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries and issues promptly
Support high-performance inference, data pipelines, and large-scale backend services to support business-critical applications and projects
Ensure the security and privacy of IT systems, including data protection and access control
Conduct regular system audits to identify potential areas of improvement or vulnerabilities
Provide technical assistance and guidance to users on how to operate software systems
Enforce IT security policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users.
Identify and troubleshoot technical problems and implement appropriate solutions
Maintain detailed records of all support activities and resolutions
Assist with the deployment and management of IT assets and resources
Perform ad hoc tasks that management team assign
Requirements
Bachelor/Relevant degree in Information Technology, AI, Computer Science, or any related field
At least 1 years of experience in an IT technical support, such as operating systems (Windows/IOS), hardware components, networking fundamentals, troubleshooting software issues, and configuring hardware or setting up IT infrastructure; perfectly with knowledge of machine learning/AI knowledge/data science etc.
Specializing in an area such as network administration, cybersecurity is a plus point
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Professional English is required; German and Chinese will be considered an advantage.
