Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Working closely with users on incidents/service requests efficiently
  • Track and follow up on incidents using service management tools and emails
  • Perform detailed analysis and troubleshooting IT issues on time
  • Provide remote IT support to users who work out of office premises
  • Responsible for office IT equipment & meeting/conference tools set up & working efficiently
  • Maintain a healthy IT assets inventory
  • Provide IT training to users and new joiners
  • Prepare IT reports, perform investigations and root cause analysis
Requirements
  • Strong IT support experience for at least 50 users
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working with multi-cultural environment
  • Hands-on experience in VIP support, MS 365 applications, Cisco VPN, Microsoft Authenticator. ITILV3
  • Hands-on experience in network like TCP/IP,DHCP,CNS,WAN,LAN
