We are urgently looking for an IT Support Reliever to cover our IT Support staff who will be on national service. The reliever must be available to start immediately on 21 November.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex IT issues (network, server, applications).
Conduct routine system and network maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.).
Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
Handle user account creation, modification, and deactivation.
Support security measures, compliance protocols, and system upgrades.
Maintain clear documentation of IT systems and procedures.
Manage incidents efficiently and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements
Strong background in IT support, network troubleshooting, and hardware/software management.
Able to start immediately on 21 November.
Can commit until 5 December.
Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently.
