Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a IT Support Specialist II to join the Starline Team in Singapore. The Support Specialist position will provide technical support to company employees.

What Will You Do?

\xc2\xb7 Provide technical support for end users in person, via phone or remote access

\xc2\xb7 Manage and troubleshoot Cisco networking

\xc2\xb7 Manage and troubleshoot Windows servers

\xc2\xb7 Support general hardware and software technical issues.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain and repair computer and peripheral devices

\xc2\xb7 New employee setup, deployment and onboarding

\xc2\xb7 Maintain inventory of software licenses and hardware

\xc2\xb7 Install and configure software on machines

\xc2\xb7 Manage cybersecurity vulnerabilites

\xc2\xb7 Arrange maintenance and repairs from vendors

\xc2\xb7 Purchase and provision of IT supplies

\xc2\xb7 Other various duties as necessary or assigned

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

\xc2\xb7 Proven IT experience supporting end users, servers, and networks

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, while managing multiple priorities

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

\xc2\xb7 Customer service orientation; strong interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7 Skilled at resolving complex problems

\xc2\xb7 Ability to learn new technologies quickly

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and self-directed

Minimum Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience

\xc2\xb7 Five years IT support experience managing Windows server environments and networks

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Ability to lift 25 pounds

\xc2\xb7 Ability to sit for extended periods of time
