Job Description
:
- In charge of entire IT network infrastructure for our company.
- Carry out regular maintenance or on-site IT support.
- To provide technical support for IT Platform and compiling technical specification.
- Provide IT support (Hardware/Software) within the company respective departments
- Handles all IT Procurements and liaison with vendors and respective departments
- Liaise and work with vendors and other IT personnel for technical projects and problem resolution
- Install, configure, test and troubleshoot networks, servers and other infrastructure
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work largely on own initiative with excellent time-keeping skills
- Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality in relation to all matters relating to the office
- Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently
