Job Responsibilities:

• Address potential issues and opportunities through regular communication with users and process owners.
• Assess and evaluate security risks related to systems, applications, and infrastructure to uncover potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Keep security, software, and system updates and maintenance current to ensure optimal performance.
• Offer first-line support to businesses.
• Handle change requests and issues.
• Collaborate with the global support team to identify and implement improvements.
• Provide support and enhancements.
• Take responsibility for solution delivery, including necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
• Knowledge of SAP (EWM, FI, SD, MM, PP) and Automation process
• Knowledge of Oracle Database Administration and managing windows server/linux environment
• Able to work independently and good time management skill
• Deep business functional capabilities and expertise, a collaborative team member
• IT related experience such as RPA will be advantageous
• Good verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to details
• Solution and Technical leadership
• Able to develop team's skill, collaborate, focus and motivate others
• Minimum two years\' work experience as IT System Engineer
