Job Description

WE ARE HIRING!Create moments. Make a difference. Join us.Join our team as - IT System EngineerSalary: $2500 - $3200Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for M365, Firewall, network and Avaya telephone system
  • Provide IT operations support and co-ordinate IT related activities
  • Perform break-fix for PC/laptop/IMAC's hardware and software
  • Handle IT related enquires from End User
  • Support corporate clients on-site and conduct onsite and remote troubleshooting
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum NITEC in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 1-year hands-on experience with Windows Server, Firewall, network and Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers, wifi routers, switches is required
  • Knowledge in Avaya, Wordpress, Python Programming, SQL database and AWS or more would be a plus
