Job Scope
Main role
- Maintain, Enhance and Deploy Systems for IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) on client site and SWiZ internal infra - Product used (Nutanix, Azure, Microsoft, Sophos, Datto, StorageCraft, Synology)
- Ensure compliance in the IaaS related to Systems (ISO27001, NIST, CIS)
- Advice and guide junior on handling system and monitoring case
- Customer service handling
- Project manage new deployment
- Backup Network task within the IaaS (Aruba, Cisco, Ubiquiti, FortiNet)
- Evaluation of new product range within the Vendor product list
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to identify problems or potential issues quickly
- Good working knowledge on LAN, WIFI, Network Access Control and Firewalls
