Job Description
Our Esteem Client is seeking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant System Manager to join their innovative team to oversee and enhance the IT infrastructure for their customers.
:
Provide on-site Integrated Systems Management Service support Manage stakeholders in meetings Manage and ensure that the system(s) meet KPI or SLA Ensure adequate governance are in place to maintain compliance status and ensure the Systems adhere to applicable standards, policies and guidelines Work with Stakeholders to review policy change and prepare for Audits. Conduct security review, mitigate and patch security vulnerabilities to eliminate or minimise risk exposure and improve the cyber resiliency of the Systems Drive digital transformation an manage Tech Refresh projects.
