We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and support the Singapore branch's IT operations, with a strong focus on payments and regulatory compliance. This role involves:

End-to-end IT support

: Desktop support, server and network management, infrastructure maintenance, and troubleshooting in coordination with Head Office IT teams.

Compliance & Governance

: Ensure adherence to MAS regulations, internal policies, and IT standards.

Operational Excellence

: Maintain KRIs, KPIs, and SLAs; escalate and resolve issues to ensure smooth branch operations.

Project & Audit Support

: Assist in IT project coordination, audit remediation, and policy reviews.

Technical Oversight

: Manage data centers, DR sites, locally hosted systems, and support global market tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).

Qualifications

Diploma in IT/Computer Science


5-8 years in banking IT


Strong technical and regulatory knowledge


Excellent communication and teamwork skills


AWS certified
