Roles & Responsibilities ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide operational support in maintaining processes in SAP B1, Crystal Reports, and Power BI to increase productivity.
• Offer cause-analysis of IT related problems, including recommending cost-effective solutions.

• Lead integration of company’s software with SAP B1.

• Manage IT infrastructure, implementation, integration and security.
• Manage all IT assets (computers and servers).
• Design, develop and implement systems, policies and procedures for IT department and ensure alignment with Company’s policy to meet business and user needs.
• Ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems.

• Continuously analyses current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
• Train employees on both software and hardware, assist to troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.
• Source and evaluate IT Vendors.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge in SAP processes.
• Possess strong troubleshooting and good problem-solving IT skills in relation to diagnosing and solving both technical hardware/software faults.
