NI Product Analytics Solution is a Big Data analytics software that provides end-to-end solutions enabling automotive, semiconductors and electronics brand owners to protect the product quality and enhance their brand reputations in the market. The Product Analytics IT Operation Centre's primary function is always to ensure all IT Systems provided with maximum service delivery and performance together with a professional point of contact for all our customers' support needs. This role is crucial to ensure the success of our customer’s production sites around the globe and complex mission critical operations. This team also communicates and interacts frequently with other technical support teams across the globe to develop a good all-round understanding of systems and networks. Diligence and attention to detail are also part of many key skills required along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently. Key Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer with a strong passion for problem solving to join our team. An excellent communication skillset is crucial for you to be success in this position.

  • What you will need toBe the front-line technical service to provide technical advice and guidance methods, procedures, and assist clients to proceed correct technical implementation
    Understand client’s production practice and technical requirements, be able to compose high level specification and convey clients’ requests to internal support teams
    Be able to simultaneously interact with internal and external teams to provide technical solution for Customers.
    Be responsive to clients’ inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving clients’ challenges
    Lead or participate technical projects or meetings to handover knowledge to your team
    Be able to drive internal technical training sessions to ensure 1st line technical support service is performed up to expected standards

Qualifications and Skills Basic Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of working/managing IT projects experience
  • Good coordination skillset, know how to prioritize tasks
  • Highly developed, process-oriented skills for troubleshooting, problem solving, and problem resolution
  • Degree in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Knowledge in Windows and Linux system administration, Networking/ Security and Database administration (SQL server)
  • Proficiency in written/verbal English and Mandarin communication
Preferred Qualifications
  • Candidate must be independent, self-driven, customer oriented with good interpersonal communication skills.
