Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math or equivalent experience preferred.
- Understanding of PaaS/SaaS solutions.
- Understanding of Cloud Databases and Managed Services.Hands-on experience with and passion for open-source solutions.
- Experience with ITSM and Incident Management tools such as HubSpot, Jira, and PagerDuty.
- Effective communicating with local and geographically distributed teams across NA and Europe.
- Willingness to learn and improve every day. Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Knowledge about Kafka, SQL/Clickhouse, Javascript.
- A+ trained or certified
- L2 Support experience (or at least L 1.5)
- Hands-on experience with AWS. Azure and GCP is a plus.
