MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Technical Trainer!General Description: The Technical Trainer prepares, maintains, teaches technical training materials and programs as well as trains clients and presents those programs in a virtual setting. This person should have in-depth knowledge and technical aptitude in their field of expertise. They must be excellent communicators and they have exceptional organizational and time management skills.Work Schedule and Arrangement: 8 AM - 5 PM PST; Office-based SetupOffice Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, CebuResponsibilities:

• Develop training manuals and class materials
• Teach new skills to clients
• Develops goals for program improvement
• Revise and update program curriculum
• Keeps records of daily attendance and progress
• Utilize a variety of methods and techniques to present information effectively
• Conduct surveys and evaluate training
• Set up training systems and equipment
• Schedule the training sessions
• Coordinate with Security Team for new trends and topics for class material

Requirements:

• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
• 3 - 4 Years of relevant work experience
• No health concerns that prohibit you working full eight (8) hours shifts at night
• Degree in any IT-related programs.
• Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills
• Experience in Technical Training
• Experience in Cyber Security Training preferred
• 25 wpm or faster
• Computer literacy (Google Workspace)
• Willing to work during holidays and weekends

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 40,000 - 50,000
• New hire bonus of 5,000
